I'll post some general thoughts on the exhibitions upon return from Gary...Overall even though the first game was a loss I came away very impressed...lots of fight, good hustle, patience at the plate...Look in the comments for the running play-by-play of this one...

Had a chat with new Windy City Manager Brian Nelson...nice dude, look for the interview with him on this blog soon...Beach Bums will be the home team in the second game with the Thunderbolts, Frontier League Champions in 2007...Caught up with Mike Reese for an interview...have been looking for Taggert, may not get that one...I'm also attempting to get LaFringe Hayes but we'll see if that pans out or not...Game Two coming soon!!
