Beach Bums v.s T-Bolts: June 7, 2008

UPDATE:
While the Labatt Blue On Deck Show fills in with some interviews that I already posted on here, there is an update...First pitch tonight is slated for 8:10pm in Crestwood, Illinois following a weather delay...

We are currently in a weather delay after dodging a tornado that rolled through the southern portion of Chicago...I'll write about that at some point...Tarp is on, weather front expected to move through in the next 10-15 minutes and then break to allow space for the game...Plan is around a 7:30pm CST start...Why does weather always pop up in Windy City??

T-Bolts 6, Beach Bums 5

That one hurt...Leading 4-0, Windy City rallied to tie the game before Pat Perry gave the Beach Bums a 5-4 edge again in the 9th...Traverse City forced Windy City starter Ross Stout out of the game after 2.1 innings, but Jason Lowey kept the Beach Bums off-balance, striking out seven in 5.2 innings out of the bullpen...Bryan Rembisz tossed six innings but got his second straight no decision...Mike Coles hit a walk-off two-run homer in the bottom of the ninth...Read the link below from the Daily Southtown...Coles told them he remembered Jeff Williams going right at hitters and so he was looking fastball...Twice last season in Crestwood the ThunderBolts walked off against the Beach Bums...I get the feeling this series is going to be very tight...Ryan Gehring throws today...
