About Me

Tim Calderwood: Wheaton, Illinois, United States; Hi everyone! My name is Tim Calderwood and I am currently the broadcaster for the Schaumburg Boomers in the Frontier League...I am excited to be a part of the inaugural season of Boomers Baseball and look forward to sharing every moment this season...I reside in Wheaton and came to Schaumburg after working for the Gary SouthShore RailCats in the American Association during 2011...I have four years of time in the Frontier League prior to 2012, three with the Traverse City Beach Bums and 2010 with the Lake Erie Crushers...I was the 2009 Frontier League Broadcaster of the Year...In 2011 Ballpark Digest listed me among the top broadcasters in minor league baseball...
